Kenya Kwanza’s side: Emmanuel Nzai, Dr Daniel Mwai, Bramwel Simiyu and Dr Cecilia Ng’etich, with the UDA Executive Director ex officio. ODM’s side: Isaac Wanuge, Mariam Mbaruk, Leonida Kerubo and Prof Benard Muok, with the ODM Executive Director ex officio. Ruto said the coalition will seek a common political platform for the August vote: “What began as cooperation in government will become a common political platform upon which we shall seek the mandate of the Kenyan people in August next year.” He and ODM leader Oburu Oginga will each nominate five more members to a second team on framework agreement, governance structures and leadership arrangements.
